Br. Roland Kee Abas, OFM, upon the approval of the <\/span>Province of San Antonio de Padua Formation Council<\/b> members, conducted a <\/span>Basic Orientation Workshop<\/b> in all levels of <\/span>Formation<\/b>, from <\/span>Aspirancy to Post-Novitiate Formation Program<\/b>. He traveled from one <\/span>House of Formation<\/b> to another across the <\/span>Visayas and Mindanao islands<\/b>, facilitating sessions aimed at deepening the understanding of <\/span>JPIC (Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation).<\/b><\/p>\n

The workshop took place at the following locations and dates: <\/span>Our Lady of the Angels Aspirancy House<\/b>, Calbayog City, Western Samar (March 3-4, 2025); <\/span>Saint Anthony of Padua Novitiate House<\/b>, Ormoc City (March 6-7, 2025); and <\/span>Saint Bonaventure House of Studies<\/b> (Post-Novitiate Formation House), Davao City (March 10-11, 2025).<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>In his sessions with the formandi, Br. Roland utilized the topic <\/span>“Role of JPIC Animator”<\/b> from the <\/span>JPIC Resources<\/b> of the Order. Following this, he integrated the <\/span>“JPIC Program and Plan of Actions”<\/b> of their Province. He also presented a <\/span>systematic, practical, pastoral, and realistic program of action<\/b> for JPIC at various stages of the Formation process.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span>Overall, the formandi in all Formation Houses expressed <\/span>satisfaction, contentment, and joy<\/b> in gaining a deeper understanding of the <\/span>JPIC Program of the Order<\/b>, as well as the <\/span>JPIC initiatives of their Province<\/b> at different levels of Formation. They conveyed their <\/span>commitment and willingness<\/b> to support and collaborate with the JPIC Program while also hoping to contribute their own ideas on implementing the general and specific objectives of JPIC.<\/span><\/p>\n

Br. Roland is currently serving as the <\/span>Province\u2019s JPIC Director<\/b> while actively participating in the <\/span>Vocation and Pastoral Ministries<\/b> of <\/span>San Antonio de Padua Province-Philippines<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
